Zebra Bedding For Your Child

Whether you are looking for bedding for your infant or teenager there are many different types of designs available. One very popular design is zebra bedding. The zebra print is very versatile and fun. Zebra print is available in size ranges from crib size to king size. Bedding can be bought separately or as part of a set. Your individual taste will determine how you buy the pieces. The possibilities are endless when working with zebra prints.

If you are looking for some ideas on decorating your child's room and scooby doo is just not what you are aiming for consider zebra bedding. For a young child this would be great for a jungle theme. There are some really cute pink and purple zebra sets available for girls even in crib sizes.

A cute idea for a baby's room would be to use the bedding and buy safari animals to hang on the wall. Maybe you are redecorating your daughters room because she has outgrown the Disney theme. If this is the case and the walls of the bedroom are pink, the zebra print would be a funky way to redesign the room.  This design is very popular among teenage girls.

Zebra themes are not just for girls, boys can go with traditional black and white prints and add color with sheets, pillows and other decorations. The bedding also comes in blue and brown colors. This theme would make any child proud to show off their bedroom.

Sheets are available in the zebra print too. If you think that may be overkill you can go with solid sheets to match whichever print that you choose.

Throw pillows are another great way to decorate, whether you choose printed or solid colored pillows.There are many different accessories in zebra print that would look great in any room such as curtains, valances, floor rugs, lamps, wall decorations, and even clothes hampers.

Wooden wall letters would look nice spelled out in your child's name. A word of caution when decorating in the zebra print theme, less is more. In other words, do not get too carried away using zebra print throughout the whole room. Do use some solid colors to accent the zebra print and to avoid the room from looking too busy and cluttered.

Be creative and have fun with it and you can even have your child help decorate to make the room their own individual style.

I recently redecorated by daughter's room and used zebra bedding. I've gone for simple look on the walls and painted them white and the fourth one a feature wall in a nice dandelion yellow color. It looks really good. I've gone for the simple self-colored carpet. With the zebra bedding on the bed the room looks great.

My son's bedroom is due for redecorating and I'm thinking of putting zebra bedding in for him. The bedding i'm thinking off has the standard zebra black-and-white striped design and looks really nice in the shop. But I'm not sure how to decorate the walls and what furnishings to put with the rest of it. My son likes the zebra look but I'm not really sure if it will work.
